Tuckshop arms are every woman's fear. If the unsightly swaying of loose fat is enough to stop you reaching out to extend a hello or goodbye wave, help has arrived to help you banish those bingo wings.
ACA's reporter Sarah Stewart has consulted Sydney's leading personal trainer Shannon Cleary on how to wave goodbye to flabby arms.

Have you ever wondered how Michelle Obama waves to the whole world with such confidence and grace?
Michelle's glistening, toned triceps have become an inspiration for women all over the world.
But it's no coincidence. It turns out those Obama arms are the result of a targeted exercise regime.
Personal trainer Shannon Cleary says Michelle has been working out with the same trainer since 1997, but now the trainer has let the cat out of the bag and revealed her secrets.
"One of the exercises in Michelle's training program for the triceps is called the tricep pushdown using a cable machine," Shannon says.
She does these in sets of 12 before picking up the dumbbells for hammer curls for two sets of 12.
"Do double or single arms — curling up, bring straight back down again, curl up and bring straight back down," Shannon says.
It might look easy but that's not all.
Shannon says exercise on its own is not enough — it must be combined with a healthy diet.
"Basically, toned arms are a result of being strong and having a nice healthy level of body fat," she says.
